Cancellation and reservation policy Cancellation policy for 1 to 3 day bookings This policy sets out how cancellations are handled. For cancellations up to 7 days before the arrival date, no cancellation fees will be charged. For later cancellations or changes, you will be charged 100% of the first night’s total. In case of no show or early departure you will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
Multi-day cancellation policy from 4 days or more For cancellations or changes up to 14 days before the arrival date, no cancellation fees will be charged. For cancellations or changes up to 1 day before the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged. For cancellations or changes later, in case of “no-show” or early departure, you will be charged the total amount of the reservation value.
Reservation Policy Our hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. To confirm the reservation, in case you do not have a credit card, you make a deposit on the first day of your stay.
